　　首先，我要衷心地感谢我的导师，孙文刚教授。该论文从选题、构思到完成，整个过程都是在我的导师的悉心指导下完成的。导师让我感受最深的就是他的治学严谨和谦和待人。“百炼成钢”正适合形容拥有渊博的专业知识的导师，他对待工作一直精益求精，秉承着高调做事、低调做人的原则，独有的人格魅力对我影响深远，也令我们这些学生折服。研究生期间，老师不仅精心指导我的学术研究，而且对我的生活也给予了很大的帮助。身为会计学院副院长的他，无论工作多么繁忙，总会抽出自己宝贵的时间关心我们学习或是日常生活。在我遇到困难时，导师都会尽自己最大的努力帮助我、鼓励我，即使在我犯幼稚低级错误的情况下，他也会耐心地为我讲解分析，并且不断地安慰我、鼓励我。在这里，向恩师致以最崇高的敬意和衷心的感谢。
