我只身一人在外工作，刚开始的几天觉得工作无聊，再加上想家的情绪“作祟”，真的有过放弃的念头，但是转念一想，我已经把行李带过来了，绝不能就这样回去，不能做一个逃兵，于是我坚持下来了，三个月，两个月……通过了这段时间的磨练，再加上四年远离家乡的大学生活，我的独立性越来越强。我相信，以后不管走到哪里，我能很快地适应新的环境，这对于我自身是一项难能可贵的技能。
(4)要虚心学习，不耻下问
在工作过程中，我们肯定会碰到很多的问题，有很多是我们所不懂的，不懂的东西我们就要虚心向同事请教。同时，我们也不要怕犯错。每一个人都有犯错的时候，工作中第一次做错了不要紧，重要的是知错能改。如此循序渐进，一定能够得到实质上的提高。
(5)要确立明确的目标，并端正自己的态度
平时，我们不管做什么事，都要明确自己的目标，到公司工作以后，要知道自己能否胜任这份工作，关键是看你自己对待工作的态度，态度对了，即使自己以前没学过的知识也可以在工作中逐渐的掌握。因此，要树立正确的目标，在实现目标的过程中一定要多看别人怎样做，多听别人怎样说，多想自己应该怎样做，然后自己亲自动手去多做。只有这样我们才能把事情做好。
通过本次的实习，我还发现自己专业知识中很多的不足，并为今后的学习指明了方向，同时也会为将来的工作打下一个良好的基础。在学校的TMT模拟实习中，我每次填单总是填不完整，抱着“反正不是真正的贸易，做错也没关系”的态度，时常不认真对待单据，经过这次的训练，我已经可以独立正确熟练地填制一些进出口常用单据。
经过两个月的工作，我的英语技能、制单操作和函电写作水平得到了提高。这次的实习让我懂得只有通过刻苦的学习，加强对业务知识的熟练掌握程度，在现实的工作中才会得心应手，应对自如。
在实际操作中，我深刻体会到，国际贸易的中间环节多，涉及面广，除交易双方当事人外，还涉及商检、运输、保险、金融、车站、港口和海关等部门等。如果哪个环节出了问题，就会影响整笔交易的正常进行，并有可能引起法律上的纠纷。因此我感到自己应该多学点其它相关课程，并将各门知识综合运用。

Towards the last year of the life at university, and standing in front of us is the work society which we have long sought. Our hearts have started flying into there. We are happy , we are excited, because we can finally express ourselves in this huge platform. We can return the society, we can serve the nation. But we were afraid and cowardly, we often ask ourselves: am I readyYes, we lived in the campus for decades, but society is completely different from it, perhaps we can't completely adapt to the cruelty and fierce society immediately. So we choose a smooth bridge to our social arena, that is professional practice.
I worked in Shijiazhuang Jiuguan Chemicals Co .,Ltd .It is the leading and large-scale chemicals-export enterprise located in Shijiazhuang City Heibei Province, mainly exporting many kinds of chemical raw materials ,which are used in paint&coating industry ,rubber industry , water-treatment industry, detergent industry ,etc .The customers are mainly from Asia ,North America ,Middle East ,Africa ,etc .
At the beginning of my work ,I did not know how to seek for the email address of the customers, and through the help of my students I got the skills to work better. But later another question fight me, that is nobody answer my email. Through asking the manager ,I known it is a common thing ,so we should have enough patience .
Internship will be over soon, looking back on the three harvest month, I feel very comfort, it makes us know the society in practice, I learned a lot of knowledge which we cannot be able to learn in the classroom. It lay a solid foundation for our later working life .I will introduce my detailed process of my internship for you. Thank you!
