结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考,我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结:
1、课堂流程整体把握不错,上课有章法,遵循纯阳学校规定的“四步流程教学法”或教学法等。
2、课堂上教态自然,教学耐心;常微笑,常鼓励学生;对学生一视同仁,平等对待。
3、讲解知识点的同时,能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。
4、板书的设计与书写需要提高;课堂举例要有意义,要举经典例句
5、讲具体的一节课要有重点,要有简明的课堂小结
6、声音要再洪亮一些,有升降。
7、对睡觉、玩手机的学生管理应该严厉一些
8、在讲解知识点时,要按照考试大纲分轻、重。
五、对英语课堂教学与考试的思考
在听课与讲课的过程中,我听取其他老师的意见,结合自己的心得体会,觉得作为一个好老师,不但要对基本的专业知识有深刻熟练的把握,还要对考纲、考点十分了解,更重要的是弄清楚考试与课堂教学的关系并将其应用于实际教学中。这样在讲课过程中,让学生们打下扎实的英语基础的同时,考试也能考出好成绩。
考试、高考并不与我们在大学里所学的教学法对课堂教学的要求相矛盾。考试是形式,是一个让老师了解自己教学效果的手段,也是一个让学生总结学习方法,促进学生学习的助推器。只是现在好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对,应用的不是很好,所以因此导致了一些问题。现在的考试内容过于机械,频率过高,老师、学生,甚至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不当的理解,以致对英语课堂教学产生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。
这恰恰是本末倒置。考试,重知识,轻技能;重语法与词汇,轻情感与策略。从而误导老师上课也如此。所以我认为要做一个合格的老师,应该仔细研究考纲、考点并把它灵活的运用到课堂上,并且善于出考试题,出有质量的考试题,更加善于让考试服务于课堂教学。当然做到这些需要学校领导的认可与支持。这些都是我以后的努力方向。
