营运资金在企业日常财务管理中起着重要的作用。新时期互联网技术的不断发展，推动了各种管理方式的革新，营运资金管理也随之跟进，与渠道、供应链等管理思想渐渐融合。面对形势复杂的市场环境，企业要想在市场上长期稳定地发展，需要进一步优化营运资金管理，提高营运资金管理效率。其中，渠道管理理论改进了传统方式下分析营运资金管理效率过于单一的问题，可以帮助企业更好地了解市场需求和消费者需求，为产品的研发和创新提供更加准确有效的支持，助力企业长久发展。
本文以****为例，运用文献研究、案例分析等研究方法对中铁的营运资金进行考察，并基于渠道管理的视角对****进行深入分析。首先，阐述论文研究背景和意义，文献综述，主要内容和方法；然后，对营运资金相关理论进行分析，介绍****的概况和营运资金管理现状，通过****数据库选取与****相同行业的平均值，与****进行横向对比，发现问题；最后，通过对问题的分析总结，提出优化****营运资金管理的相关建议。[A10]

Working capital management plays an important role in the daily financial management of a company. The continuous development of Internet technology in the new era has promoted the innovation of various management methods, followed by working capital management, and gradually integrated with channel, supply chain and other management ideas. In the face of complex market environments, in order for enterprises to achieve long-term stable development in the market, they must further optimize liquidity management and improve its efficiency. Among them, the channel management theory improves the problem that the efficiency of working capital management in the traditional way is too single, which can help enterprises better understand the market demand and consumer demand, provide more accurate and effective support for product research and innovation, and help enterprises develop in the long run. Taking China Railway as an example, this paper uses literature research, case analysis and other research methods to investigate the working capital of China Railway, and makes an in-depth analysis of China Railway based on the perspective of channel management. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the research of the body, bibliographical review, main contents and methodology; Secondly, it analyzes the relevant theories of working capital, introduces the general situation of China Railway and the current situation of working capital management, selects the average value of the same industry as China Railway through Wind and Guotai'an database, and makes horizontal comparison with China Railway to find problems; Finally, through the analysis and summary of the problems, put forward relevant suggestions to optimize the management of China Railway working capital.
