课程在幼儿园的组建中扮演着十分重要的角色,也是一所幼儿园长远发展的基石。我国在近三十年的园本课程探索中,越来越多的教育界人士认识到园本课程的重要性,它不仅为幼儿的自身发展提供机会,也更好的促进了教师的自身发展,而幼儿园课程改革也紧贴新时代教育发展的趋势。
园本课程的概念是从国外校本课程借鉴而来的,相较于而言,国外园本课程更加成熟、系统,对我国的园本课程也有巨大的影响,如蒙台梭利课程、海伊斯科普课程、瑞吉欧课程等。本文主要采用观察法进行探究,通过对S幼儿园园本课程进行观察,选取了大X班,中Y班,小Z班共三个班级作为观察对象,对园本课程活动目标的确定,内容的选择,活动的组织与实施三方面进行分析,发现教师在参与园本课程实施中主要优势有,教学内容选择覆盖面广,贴近幼儿现实生活;教师实施教学活动后反思深刻。实施园本课程中存在的不足主要有,对教学活动的目标的制定不够完善;教师对课程的创编能力较为不足;教师对课程的组织实施能力较欠缺。
针对研究所发现的问题,笔者试图从完善课程目标,提高教师对活动目标的重视;加强教师队伍建设,提高创新能力;加大培训力度,提高教师能力这三方面提出优化改进对策。

For the problems found in the institute, the author tries to improve the objectives of the curriculum, training and innovation ability.

一、绪论 (一)选题缘起1.国家政策对园本课程的支持:国家教育类文件颁布的影响和促进
在近几十年的教育改革中,园本课程作为幼儿园课程改革的重点关注对象,国家教育部颁布了相关文件来鼓励支持幼儿园开发并实施适合该园发展的园本课程。2018年11月15日,新华社受权发布《中共中央国务院关于学前教育深化改革规范发展的若干意见》,提出了新时代学前教育的发展目标。其中一项就是要完善学前教育教研体系,加强园本教研、区域教研,及时解决幼儿园教师在教育实践过程中的困惑和问题[1],这是对加强幼儿园园本课程教研方面做出的有关规定。2001年,国家教育部颁布的《幼儿园教育纲要(试行)》中也要求地方对课程进行改革,要将地方特色与课程相融合,开发与实施具有本土资源优势的课程,本研究中《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》简称为《纲要》。
2.幼儿教师在园本课程实施中的重要作用
幼儿教师作为园本课程实施的主体者,在教育中的作用和地位越来越备受关注。《纲要》中指出,幼儿进行学习活动时,幼儿教师要以支持者、引导者、合作者的身份参与其中,这足以说明幼儿教师早已转变了传统教育的身份角色,以全新、科学的身份作为课程实施的主体。其次,幼儿教师组织实施教育活动是一个创造性的过程,需要教师灵活掌控班级各项工作。关于园本课程,笔者在查阅相关文献进行梳理时,发现教师不仅仅是园本课程的实施者,也作为开发者参与到园本课程的各个环节里,这些都体现出幼儿教师在幼儿园教学的重要性。
